Fogazzo Wood Fired Ovens and Barbecues was started in 2002 by Sergio de Paula and a small group of craftsman to produce the very best wood fired ovens and authentic Brazilian Churrasco barbecues. In late 2011 Fogazzo received a patent for a new wood fired oven design. It has been affectionately named as the “Treasure Chest Wood Fired Oven”, by the craftsman who make them. The Fogazzo Treasure Chest Series, is a perfectly balanced wood fired oven for every day use and it takes advantage of space normally lost by round ovens, since it has a more rectangular shape, just like a “treasure chest”

SERGIO DE PAULA IS A RENOWNED WOOD FIRED OVEN DESIGNER AND A MASTER PIZZAIOLO. Sergio’s passion for great pizza began nearly four decades ago when, at a very young age, he began acquiring his knowledge on the subject. That experience, combined with his Italian heritage, led him on a lifelong quest to elevate pizza to its highest form, from a simple staple for the masses, to a culinary masterpiece.

Today Chef De Paula strives to combine only the freshest locally sourced ingredients over his signature old worlds crust. All his passion is used to create unique and flavorful wood fired pizzas.
